Dark Roast Colombia
Our specialty dark roast is directly sourced from the Nariño region in Western Colombia. This dynamic roast has a tart, fruity acidity with dark chocolate notes, hints of nutmeg and almond, and fresh citrus flavors.
Medium Roast Tanzania
Our Tanzanian medium roast comes from the Mbeya region located at the base of Loleza Peak. This roast provides a soft, mild sweetness with tart citrus notes and a tangy acidity.
Medium Roast Brazil
From the South Minas region of Brazil, this medium roast has a clean, sweet, and soft mouth feel with a salted peanut flavor and a mellow citric acidity.
Light Roast Ethiopia
Our light roast beans are sourced from the Nensebo farm in West Arsi which is located near the center of Ethiopia. This mellow, sweet, and soft roast has toffee and milk chocolate notes with fresh jasmine and brown sugar flavors.
